Joint Support Layering Method
Ingredients:
Wintergreen
Oregano
Marjoram
Directions:
Start by rubbing the focus area with a few drops of carrier oil, such as Grapeseed, then add one- two drops of Wintergreen. Massage it in well. Add 1 drop of Oregano and rub it in. If you experience any discomfort you may add a couple more drops of carrier oil. Finish by rubbing 2-3 drops of Marjoram on the area for 60 seconds, then hold your hand over the area for additional 60 seconds to encase the oils.
Joint Support Rollerball
Type: Rollerball
Ingredients:
20 drops Wintergreen
15 drops Spruce
10 drops Fir
Directions:
In a 5mL rollerball bottle add above essential oils topped off with carrier oil.
Makes:
One 5mL roller bottle
Usage Tip:
Rub on Desired location.
